Granata was hired for a divorce, ex wife and I were in agreement with separation of property. Granata forgot to show that both parties agreed on the separation of wife's real estate in California and my property in Texas. Granata's attempt to resolve the issue was to add attachment to the final decree of divorce. We I signed the document and he was supposed to file it with the district clerk. Now 18 years later when I decided to sell my property I found he never filed it. now more atty fees.
