I am forever indebted to Bill, I recommend him to anyone and everyone in the Dallas area. You won’t regret hiring him. If I ever need another attorney again I will call Bill for sure!
Hiring Bill Cox was the worst decision you could make in hiring an attorney. If you look at the review my someone on this site 7-15-2023 my experience was almost exactly the same. Very serious charge and been hired a year before pre-trial date which was 2 weeks before trial date and he was a no show with no calls to court. It was the second time he did not show up for a court date. Never would return texts and calls and minimal in discussing any strategy. Totally unprofessional and simply takes your money and does no work.
William “Bill” Cox III represented me on my cases. He was recommended by someone I know. He was the absolute worst attorney/council ever! He was paid thousands of dollars and “to sum it up” he took all that money and didn’t do a thing for me on my case. He didn’t even show up to the main pretrial hearing or show up on another case either.) TWO seperate times he didn’t even show up. He is arrogant on the phone, but in person “outside of a court room or detention center” he won’t dare even look you in the eye. “That should be all you need to know.” He won’t EVER call you to update you on a thing because he doesn’t do anything. Ive dealt with some very good attorneys. And this guy is hands down the worst attorney imaginable! Do not throw your money away on this guy. I am telling you he will take all of it and not do a single thing and THEN drag it out as far as possible and ask you for another 10-15k for a trial fee after he had been paid thousands to do nothing at all.
He is a shady lawyer who tried to sell me out to the DA on my case he tried to take advantage of me and my situation..
