I’m Kamlesan Naidoo, the principal of the Law Office of Kamlesan Naidoo, PLLC. My friends and clients call me Kam.
I’ve been an immigration attorney for twenty years and in that time I’ve learned that it’s important for my clients to know they can trust me, that my team will be here for them every step of the way and that they won’t get lost or confused on this journey.
My family emigrated here from South Africa in 1983 on an investment visa when I was 10 years old. Apartheid was prevalent and my parents wanted my sister and me to grow up in a more equal, fair and just environment. They wanted better lives for us, just like so many of my clients are seeking.
I’m inspired by my work because I love my country and the opportunities it offers people from all over the world. I see the work we do at Naidoo Law as critically important to the foundation that our great nation was built upon.
Whether the client is a multinational company expanding into the U.S. or a family starting a new life, each individual case will be treated with equal respect and diligence. The clients I get to represent are embarking on a new phase in their lives and it’s our job to help make this important and exciting transition as smooth as possible.
