Janessa represents various lending clients – including banks, credit unions, equipment suppliers and private lenders - and brings and defends claims in numerous commercial and bankruptcy litigation actions. She has handled thousands of matters for her lending clients resulting in monetary compensation, recovery of the lender’s assets and workouts that are viable for both the lender and borrower. Her expertise in collections, creditor’s rights and bankruptcy provide her clients not only both with broad base of creditor’s rights knowledge but also with practical and feasible solutions. She belongs to the State Bar of Arizona, is a member of the State Bar’s Bankruptcy Section, and is a member of the Arizona Bankruptcy American Inn of Court.
