Hired Attorney

I hired Bajaria & Forgerson Law Group, specifically attorneys Favad and Brandon Keaton, for a lawsuit against my condominium HOA involving negligence and a $60,000+ special assessment affecting over 140 owners. The firm initially recommended filing the lawsuit, which lasted more than three years. After retaining them, communication was limited unless I repeatedly requested updates. The case often felt stalled while legal fees continued, and I frequently found myself doing my own research to support filings. In the end, I was advised to settle after significant time, stress, and financial loss. Based on my experience, I felt my case did not receive strong advocacy or priority. I was left with the impression that larger, high-value multi-million-dollar lawsuits may receive more aggressive representation. Prospective clients should carefully evaluate expectations before hiring this firm.
