About David M. Curtis & Associates, PC

Discrimination and Employment Law and Labor Counsel. Call Now.

It’s hard to find the right employment law attorney to handle your workplace problem. You want an employment lawyer who has “has been there…done that.” Right?

Some employment lawyer ads want you to think solving a workplace issue is easy, "if you just get tough." Hire a big-law firm, write a strong demand letter, go to court, win - problem solved.

Maybe that works, sometimes. But, believe me, it’s not that simple. Few employment lawyers have the experience to tell you that satisfactorily solving a workplace problem can be rough going and sometimes risky before it’s fixed. It is time consuming and, many times, an unpleasant legal process. There are many variables affecting solutions to workplace challenges. I know. I’ve “been there.”

Expert Employment Attorney

Unresolved workplace issues can be draining. On average, each of us spends about 9 hours a day at work. Mulling over a workplace problem during that time is a real distraction. Plus, most of us will carry that problem around even when we are not at work. Workplace stress can result in poor concentration, lower your self-confidence, increase customer complaints, and even bring on physical illness. Did I describe you?

Without experienced help, workloads and work environments change for the worse and so does your support. You work harder and longer hours, but stress remains. Your work was once a positive, now it’s a source of conflict and unacceptable behavior. It can cause you to burn bridges and ultimately burnout.

You need help. Someone who not only understands but also someone who has solutions. You need that seasoning and that ability to turn things around. You may need an experienced employment law attorney.

As an employment lawyer based in Dallas, I understand workplace stressors. Not every employment attorney has that specialized knowledge, skill and experience.

Being a good employment attorney is not what I do. Being a good employment attorney is what I am.

My pursuit of being an effective and efficient workplace attorney is my passion and began years ago. I’ve been entrusted to resolve employment issues in almost every state and in almost every kind of workplace imaginable – I have gained the trust of many fine employees, Fortune 50 companies, governmental entities, services industries, transportation, retail, and manufacturing concerns, grocers, insurance companies, start-ups and many family businesses. I am always excited and very pleased at successful outcomes.

I understand the variables which affect solutions to employment problems. My proficiency, dedication and expertise has been recognized by my clients, my fellow lawyers and judges.

Maybe I can help you. After you answer a few confidential questions, we will visit with you at no initial charge. If I can’t help you, I will help you find someone who can.
