About Mr. David Mason Kleiman

David Kleiman has a litigation practice, with emphasis on cases involving residential and commercial construction, business and consumer disputes, interpretation of contracts, and surety law. He became licensed to practice law in 1986. David is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

David is a past chair of the Dallas Bar Association Construction Law Section. In addition to acting as an advocate for his clients, David serves as a neutral on the American Arbitration Association's construction panel.
