Dan is a Shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Dallas office. He focuses his practice on complex business litigation and arbitration matters. He represents a diverse range of clients, including industry leaders and emerging companies, in high-stakes disputes. His experience covers the litigation and arbitration process, including pre-trial planning, risk assessment, trial proceedings, and post-trial matters.
Dan’s first-chair trial record spans jury and bench trials, as well as critical injunction hearings. His arbitration credentials include significant matters before the American Arbitration Association, International Centre for Dispute Resolution, International Chamber of Commerce, and FINRA. Dan has also briefed and argued issues before state supreme courts and federal courts of appeal.
Dan is also committed to being on the cutting edge of legal developments and scholarship. He recently served a two-year term as the Editor-in-Chief of the American Bar Association’s Litigation News magazine, and he currently writes its Civil Procedure column. He is a frequent presenter on procedural and substantive litigation topics.
