About Ms. Chandler Rice Winslow

Chandler has extensive experience in family law litigation and Collaborative Law. She was named to D Magazine’s 2022 Best Lawyers Under 40 and has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America for Family Law and Collaborative Law: Family Law in 2026. She was also selected for the Texas Super Lawyers list by Thomson Reuters in 2025.

With a background in business and real estate law, Chandler understands the complexities of asset division and frequently works with business owners to identify separate and community property. She is highly skilled in pre- and post-marital agreements, high-conflict custody issues, modifications, and guiding families through major transitions. Her experience includes Child Protective Services (CPS) matters, serving children as a guardian ad litem/attorney ad litem, grandparents’ rights cases, and matters involving termination and adoption.

Chandler is known for her honest, solution-oriented approach. She tells clients when a result is unlikely in court, and she is fully prepared to litigate when necessary. Whether she is pursuing constructive negotiation or advocating in front of a judge, she works to secure the best possible outcomes for her clients, their children, and their long-term well-being.

Chandler is an active member of the Dallas community, involved in school, church, and neighborhood organizations. She serves on the parents’ association and alumnae board of the Hockaday School, her alma mater, where her two children also attend. She is a member of the Junior Group of the Dallas Garden Club, participates in the Women’s Auxiliary of the Salvation Army, and is active in the parent ministry at Saint Michael’s and All Angels Episcopal Church. Outside of her professional commitments, Chandler enjoys playing tennis, flower arranging, and doing arts and crafts with her kids.
