Burt Barr & Associates was founded by Burt Barr in 1933.

Burt Barr began his career representing a wide variety of clients, from individuals to large Multinational Companies. Burt Barr's partner of long standing, William Cramer, left the firm to serve as a Justice on the Court of Appeals. Over the years, our firm has resisted growth for growth sake and has maintained a strong commitment to restrict its practice to a narrow area of trial and appellate work.

I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Radney from Burt Barr & Associates L.L.P. I hired him on a personal injury case and he was amazing! While working on my case I can't express enough how much his ability to explain things from our first conversation helped calm all the anxiety I had during this time in my life. He is super knowledgeable accompanied with humbleness and compassion making him a class act in my opinion! I truly appreciate the way Mr. Radney handled my case. These things are not pleasant but he was always patient and not pushy and made the ordeal bearable! IF I ever need an attorney he is at the top of my list! 😊 And he got me a great settlement!

One of the few highly competent lawyers out there who actually cares about his clients. The best lawyer I've ever met. He is a person with a heart that you can trust. My experience says it all: Luke helped me with my case when others with fancy looking offices wouldn't. He listened to my frustrations, always explained legal matter very thoroughly, and eventually helped me achieved the maximum result possible. Merits, heart, and impeccable character.

I am very thankful that I came across Luke. He not only helped me find doctors who would see me, but pushed the insurance company to pay the bills since their driver was liable for my injuries due to their negligence. He is very attentive, gets things done in a timely manner, and will go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied with the outcome of your legal proceedings. I definitely recommend him.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
