Amy is a native Phoenician and has been assisting creditor clients with collections for several years. Prior to and while attending law school, she worked as a paralegal in a law firm in the creditor’s rights department. After passing the bar exam, she has focused her legal practice on bankruptcy, creditor’s rights and foreclosure.
She has assisted our lender clients with hundreds of consumer and commercial collection matters ranging from credit cards to automobiles, from secured equipment leases to lines of credit. Amy has assisted clients in collecting unsecured lines of credit and real estate secured and unsecured notes and home equity lines of credit. Amy frequently appears in state and federal courts.
In addition to her creditor’s rights experience, Amy works with lenders who are foreclosing on either first liens or secondary liens on real property. She analyzes the chain of title on each foreclosure file to analyze the lender's lien position and any other issues affecting title and assists bank to protect their interests when junior lien holders were trying to foreclose their liens.
