Ronald Ostrin handled a very complex matter for me involving my claim against a Chapter 11 debtor. Not only did the case involve complex plan and disclosure analysis, but also involved an intricate real estate matter and probate in Hong Kong. Mr. Ostrin handled the matter intelligently and efficiently. He was successful in preventing confirmation of what would have been a disastrous Chapter 11 plan for me, and was able to smoothly negotiate an excellent result.

We were told that it would be too difficult to file bankruptcy because of our situation was too complicated. Our circumstances being much worse a year later, we finally found Ron Ostrin who was willing to guide us through this extremely difficult situation. He has a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude. We truly felt that he has been on our side while still remaining professional and realistic. He is knowledgeable, experienced and has treated us with respect throughout his representation.
Ron assessed my situation perfectly, devised an excellent strategic approach to my case and generated a fantastic result. Runs ability to out strategies the other side was key in obtaining a most favorable outcome. Ron is an excellent communicator and always made sure I knew exactly what the key issues were at any given point in our legal process. His experience means there is no need to "re-invent the wheel" but rather use his extensive knowledge base to get the job done.
Not great attention to detail
Mr. Ron Ostrin has done a TERRIBLE job at administering my grandfather’s trust on behalf of my aged father and my disabled uncle. What many legal professionals have informed me should have taken 6 months to administer is taking Mr. Ostrin nearly 3 years. And he only takes significant action when the screws are put to him. He has utterly marginalized my family and the sad thing about it is that the negligent work has affected my bed ridden uncle with cerebral palsy. Mr. Ostrin has been riddled with error, given bad legal strategy, has had his clients breach their fiduciary duties on his watch and the list can go on and on! I am simply grieved that he was the attorney that was selected to administer the trust for us.
