“I hired Mr. Brandner to help me with an order of protection filed against me by a mentally ill close family member. He came highly recommended and did not disappoint. He sat with me on Zoom for over 2 hours just waiting for the judge to start our hearing! Mr. Brandner showed that the other side had no case, and so the judge dismissed the case without me even needing to put on a defense or any evidence. He was flexible, patient, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. If you need help on your restraining order, call Tim and Steve.”

My boyfriend’s ex-wife filed a stalking no contact order (restraining order) against me. Approximately one week before the hearing I retained Mr. Brody to represent me. I had sent him various documents for him to review prior to the hearing. He had reviewed the documents and after a short discussion we were ready to go. Mr. Brody was ferocious in the court room. He strategically blocked almost all of her evidence. The judge swiftly ruled in my favor and denied the petition. I won because of his superior skill. Having Mr. Brody in my corner what is the best move I could have made.

I have worked with Mr. Brody for many years, regarding a number of family matters. No matter how big or small, Mr. Brody has always given his full attention to the matters, always concentrating on my child's best interests in mind, above all. He is forthright, has impeccable integrity, and will present things clearly and honestly throughout the process, as well as certainly in the courtroom. He alleviates surprises that the court process may present, and clarifies things from the most trivial to the most involved, with detail and concern. With his law firm, you get someone that will fight for your rights, no matter what difficulties present themselves. Highly recommended regarding divorce and family matters, and I know he does great work regarding financial and bankruptcy matters as well.

Steven is an aggressive attorney who responds quickly, takes immediate action and gets results. He knows his way around a courtroom and is very knowledgeable in family law and divorce. He was available to an appointment at my convenience, understood the situation and acted immediately to get me the court order I needed to protect myself and my children. I wish I knew him during my divorce. I highly recommend him.

Literally the picture of a dirt bag divorce attorney! Literally calling the judge before our court date to talk!!!! He is the reason our court system are such a joke. Should be in prison! Avoid at all costs. Got more done in a week then 6 months with these hacks!!!!
