Hired Attorney Deborah Szczepanski

We worked with her for several years as a GAL. She was extremely fair and honest. She had the child’s best interests at heart, and spent appropriate time evaluating everything involved in our case. She helped our child.

Deb was GAL in my case. She was extremely biased. She did not even visit my daughters school but was able to travel to sports that opposing party signed my daughter up for. Deb was instrumental in ensuring that my parenting time with with my child was reduced to almost nothing. She does not have the child’s best interest at heart and only cares about money.

Hired Law Firm

Has Deb as GAL on my case. Once she decides that she doesn’t like you as a person she bases her decisions in court on that. She does not have your child’s best interest in mind. Use extreme caution when hiring as GAL.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
