Hired Attorney Mrs. Kelly Ann Tollett

YOU MIGHT AS WELL DEFEND YOURSELF. SHE NEVER RETURNS PHONE CALLS AND YOU DO ALL THE LEG WORK YOURSELF. SURPRISED SHE SHOWED UP FOR COURT. SHE DOES NOT FIGHT ON YOUR BEHALF. SHE MAKES A DEAL SO SHE CAN GO HOME. DONT KNOW HOW SHE COMES UP WITH THE FEES SINCE YOU DO ALL THE WORK ON YOUR OWN. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HER!!!!!!

Hired Law Firm

Kelly A. Tollett is a very poor legal attorney. After putting forth lots of time and money, she would not comply with multiple attempts to set up a payment plan. Never returned MULTIPLE emails, phone calls or texts. Withheld important information from her client during trial and pre-trial court dates. Refused to sign for certified mail on multiple occasions from another attorney regarding this case. Gave lots of false hope to her client and their family.
