Yes. If you are in recent possession of stolen items, you can be charged. Never pawn anything for someone else.

Can I still drive if my license was not suspended?

Cynthia Russell Henley

If you had a DWI in Texas and your privilege to drive was suspended in Texas, then you are likely to have a suspension on your OK license because of reciprocating laws. And, you are supposed to get a Texas license within 30 days of moving here. So, if you get caught driving and your privilege to drive is suspended anywhere, you could be in trouble. You need to straighten up your license before you drive. Contact DPS on how to proceed.

Can I fight a probation violation if I missed court because I was in jail?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
Criminal Law lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
Ok, what about the other 3 times. It only takes one time to violate. The one can be excused for jail, but chances are that being thrown in jail revokes you too.
