What happens when you get a violation in prop36 for not being in compliance?

Prop 36 programs are usually very forgiving. You have to mess up multiple times before you are thrown in jail. In fact, PC 1210.1, the statute that governs P36 programs legally provides for automatic reinstatement, up to three times, if you sustain a new law violation that is drug related (not sales).

Can I have a warrant dropped that was issued while I was in treatment?

Hire a lawyer in the state the warrants were issued. They can have them recalled and even start working on the case for you. You may have to ultimately appear to answer for the charges.

You need a civil rights lawyer. He needs to serve a Notice of Claim (or similar document if the State Police) within 90 days of the arrest.
