What should I do if a child is being abused in a daycare facility?

Answered by attorney Philip Daniel Hache
Criminal Law lawyer at Law Offices of Phil Hache
First I would immediately pull your child out of the school. Second, you should contact a police agency to see about reporting the school. They should be able to direct you on where to file the complaint. If your child has suffered harm, you may want to contact a civil personally injury attorney as well.

Will my expunged record and conviction record show up in the background check if I want to apply in F.B.I.?

You need to set your sight lower. Everything will appear IF you are applying to a federal agency like FBI, ATF, Secret Service. Expungement is for employers, like Burger King and the Gap. However, even employers will see convictions, because convictions are not expunged.

Are we at fault if we did not have the company complete the job due since they were not equipped to handle the job?

Your question is very confusing to me. You have homeowner's insurance and have to provide a copy of the policy to the attorney.
