What happens to if I had been caught by store employee because he said I did not pay all the items?

You could receive a citation (ticket) in the mail but more likely you will receive a notice to appear in a county level court. Do not ignore this letter or a warrant will issue for your arrest. It is a class B misdemeanor offense based on the information you provided. You will need a lawyer. And, you do not want to take a final conviction as theft is a crime of moral turpitude. You will also likely receive a demand letter from a lawyer who represents the store. It is a civil demand which is separate from a criminal charge. If you do not pay it, then they would have to sue you to recover (and it would cost them more than they could recover.) Whether you pay it or not, it will not affect your criminal case.

How long does it take for the grand jury to indict you on a felony charge when you are not in jail?

You should talk to your lawyer about what is going on. (If you are charged with a felony, you should have a lawyer.) Since you are on bond, they have until the statute of limitations runs on the case to indict you. No, your rights are not being violated.

Your probation is likely to be revoked. If it is a class b or higher case, you are likely to receive a jail sentence. If it is a class c, you will be found guilty. You need to find out if there is a warrant.
