Will I be prosecuted for possession with intent to deliver and felony firearm?

Gary A. Russell
Answered by attorney Gary A. Russell (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Clos, Russell & Wirth, P.C.
Possession of drugs can be established against more then one defendant, especially in the quantities of which you speak. The felony firearm charge is less likely, as only one person can possess the one firearm at the time of the commission of the felony.

How can I get my criminal record cleaned for the military?

Jared Clayton Austin
Answered by attorney Jared Clayton Austin (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Austin Legal Services, PLC
I would suggest calling the county prosecutor's office to find out what is going on. Were you charged or not? If so, then that is why it is showing up and you will need to get that matter resolved or else it will remain on your record. If you were not charged, I don't know why it would be showing up. Call the prosecutor to find out what is going on.
