How can we stop this person from threatening our business?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
Criminal Law lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
Nothing. You can call their bluff and fight them when they do complain. Or maybe send out an alert that this person is a thief and stole services. But usually it's not worth the negativity and hassle, right? I have had one client that was unhappy and I really don't want anyone unhappy so I gave him his money back. But he just went crazy with another lawyer anyways.

Without knowing all of the facts of your case, seeing the photos, police report and other evidence, it is impossible to give you an idea of what will happen at trial. Your attorney is in the best position to answer your questions and you should be talking to him/her.

That is a very serious matter and you could very well be facing prison time. Speak with an attorney at once about your case.
