What should we do?

This is serious enough to get legal advice immediately, in person. The course of action depends on what the has been filed against him and what you mean by deferred action. You need a lawyer in your county to consult with as the answers depend on the rules followed by the judge and district attorney.

I am being charged with 2 class c felonies burglary and theft what are my chances of getting probation if this is my 1st felony offenses?

Answered by attorney Patrick Owen Earl
Criminal Law lawyer at Patrick O. Earl
In the State of WA Burglary is a Class B felony. If that is what you are charged with the low end Burg 2nd with no points is 1-3 months with 0-3 month possible however with the added felony for theft that would give you an offender score of 1 and so the range is 3 - 8 months. Get a good experienced criminal defense attorney.

How can laws interrogate a minor that's 16 without her pRints being there

Answered by attorney Kenneth G. Wincorn
Criminal Law lawyer at Law Offices of Kenneth G. Wincorn & Associates, P.C.
If the interrogation was done in violation of the rights of your friend the statements she made may be suppressed and not used against her. It is not unusual for questions to be asked about a crime and the answer to your question depends on facts we do not have.
