Can my school get me in trouble for things I have said on twitter if I am on private and no one reported it?

The best thing to do is not to say things on twitter that can get you into trouble. Without knowing what was said, we cannot answer this question. Freedom of speech is not absolute. You cannot shout fire in a crowded theatre.

What should my boyfriend do if false police reports were charged against his friend but it was he, who was guilty of the charge?

Answered by attorney Lawrence Thomas Lewis (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Lawrence Lewis, P.C.
Is your boyfriend ready to go to jail? You are talking about false reports, but when your boyfriend makes this full confession he is going to jail. He may or may not get a bond, and depending on his criminal history, he may be going to prison. Anyone ready for that? No, then stop talking stupid.
