Can I press charges against my soon to be ex husband for theft of my narcotics Oxycontin and Roxycodones with proof?

If you have proof that he stole your drugs and the drugs are legally yours, meaning you have a prescription for them from your doctor, you can file a report with the police. What the police will do will be up to them? If the drugs were acquired by you illegally, then I would let the matter go.

What can I do if I feel that was unfairly arrested for a DUI?

Jared Clayton Austin
Answered by attorney Jared Clayton Austin (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Austin Legal Services, PLC
From what described, you may very well have some good legitimate arguments to bring up in defense of the charges, especially regarding the operating and maintenance of the Datamaster and other factors as well. A good DUI attorney is worth the investment. The amount they can save you in terms of possible jail, probation, fines, vehicle immobilization, license sanctions and suspension, and higher insurance premiums will more than pay for their services. Only a trained eye with lots of experience can carefully evaluate police reports and Datamaster results for errors that could get the charges reduced or dismissed. Seek legal counsel as soon as possible.

How much time am I looking at in jail if I was absconded for not calling my PO for 2 months?

You do not tell me what you are on probation for. You do not tell me why you were "absconded". You do not tell me about your criminal history. All of these things are factors in determining how the judge will treat you and whether you will ultimately go to jail.
