Ultimately, for the length of the original sentence. Immediately, it is a criminal charge that requires you be brought to court for arraignment on the probation violation within 3 court days, not counting weekends and holidays. If serious about hiring counsel to help in this, and if this is in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me.

If it is yours alone, separate property, it is possible. However, police would probably tell you this is a civil matter. If you do file expect her to become your ex-wife.

Do I need an attorney for a mother and daughter family dispute?

Yes, you're facing charges that carry probation, potential jail on other punishment, anger management counseling, fines, etc. Every criminal charge requires an attorney. You need a good criminal defense attorney. I'd strongly suggest you find someone who focuses on criminal law and who routinely practices in the court where this case will be heard.
