What to do when been charged with attempted aggravated robbery

Cordt Cullen Akers
Answered by attorney Cordt Cullen Akers (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at The Akers Firm PLLC
First off, I'm sorry this happened to you.  That sounds like a very difficult situation.  You need to get in touch with a highly reputable and aggressive criminal defense lawyer in town.  Aggravated robbery is a first degree felony, capable of putting you in prison for life.  This is not the time to just get a cheap lawyer to save some money...this is an investment in your life and your future.  Many of us lawyers offer free consultations.  Call a few lawyers, meet up, and then hire the one you think can get you out of trouble.  Hope I helped, good luck!

Can I get a DUI reduced without an attorney?

Answered by attorney Craig W Elhart (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Craig W. Elhart, PC
The decision as to whether to offer a plea bargain is entirely that of the prosecuting attorney. When making that determination he/she will evaluate the defendant's chances if the matter was to proceed to trial. Part of that consideration could be how well the defendant will be defended at trial. If you are well versed in the Michigan Court Rules and the Michigan Rules of Evidence, you should do well at trial and whether you have an attorney assisting you may not make a difference.

Well yes you can sue her but it appears there is a lot more going on than just the sale of the electric bass.
