Should an inmate be charged fifty dollars a day for room and board?

Should this happen? NO. This is just one of the problems that someone encounters when driving on a suspended license. It depends upon the county, and it is incredible because the person cannot earn money while in jail, and racks up a big debt ($4500) just from being there, not to mention the court costs and fines, or cost of probation. Some counties do this, and some do not, which brings up an equal protection argument as similarly situated people are treated differently by the government.

What do I do if a man went to the police and filed a false report stating that we are trafficking and selling drugs?

Stay in touch with the victim advocate at the local state attorney's office as well as the witness coordinator. If criminal charges are filed against you, you need to hire an attorney. You could potentially sue the man for malicious prosecution.

Pretty simple - you need a motion to withdraw the warrant, which you can file but I always advise to have an experienced criminal defense attorney do. It will require a court appearance, most likely.
