What will happen if I had a private show via Skype with a 14-year-old?

This is serious. Sending any kind of electronic lewd images to people under age can have severe consequences, including being forced to register as a sex offender if convicted of certain crimes. Don't talk to the police if they ask you to and retain an experienced criminal lawyer in your area, preferably one with experience in sex crimes if the police ask to speak to you or you are charged. Also, stop sending such messages to people regardless of whether you know their age or not because you can never be certain.

How long can a state hold someone in jail waiting to be sentenced on a probation violation?

Cynthia Russell Henley
Answered by attorney Cynthia Russell Henley (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Cynthia Henley
If the person makes a request for a hearing, then s/he is entitled to a hearing within 20 days. Generally people do not do this because some times it is best to sit in jail (take your punishment) and then the judge will release the person back on the probation. This works many times. There is no set time limit but as long as they are sitting in jail, they are getting credit towards their final sentence in the event that they are revoked.
