i would recommend that you have your criminal record, including the serious arrest record, expunged. the cost is $1250. the arrest and subsequent petty disorderly persons conviction can be made 'null and void' by the expungement. please read the expungement statute. after the expungement, you can answer legally that you have never been arrested. please let us know if we can help. ed dimon, esq.

What are you charged with? You need to fill us in on the rest of the story. What possessed you to fire off a few rounds? Were you target shooting in the country? Were you mad and firing at someone?

If I have two warrants from six years ago, a bench warrant and a probation violation, how do I go about fixing them and what will happen to me?

You got a bench warrant six years ago for being late to court? Late as in five minutes late, or late as in the courtroom was closed by the time you arrived five hours late. You need to turn yourself in on the warrants. You will be arrested, and then court dates will be scheduled to resolve the matters.
