Will I serve jail time if I’m only 17 and charged with two felony 3's?

This is fact sensitive and u need to consult with an attorney. As a juvenile you can be incarcerated in a detention center. Prosecutor may ask to try you as an adult.

Is it considered stealing if your child in under 18?

Answered by attorney Robert Jason De Groot (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at R. Jason de Groot, P.A.
I consider it stealing when someone takes something that they have no right to take. You have the right to tell your daughter what she can do. But if she calls the cops, you may get arrested for grand theft, probably as a 3rd degree felony.

How would I get information for my case?

Peter David Ticktin
Answered by attorney Peter David Ticktin (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at The Ticktin Law Group
This sounds more like a civil case than a criminal one, as service in a criminal case is usually done by the police, not a private company. Nevertheless, if you have the case number, you can go to the courthouse and look at the file. I suggest that you stop worrying about the service, though, and just face the music. If you do have a Complaint out there, and you are able to avoid service, if it is a civil suit, you may find out that the plaintiff ultimately got substituted service by publishing the Summons in a newspaper which you would never see. Then, you may have the case go forward without you. You are usually better off in letting them serve you.
