What is the consequence for the second DWI charge?

Answered by attorney Jared Altman (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Law Office of Jared Altman
It probably won't get reduced. He's facing Aggravated DWI because his blood alcohol was 0.18% or more. Stiffer fines. Longer revocation. Might get reduced to plain DWI.

Can I carry a knife on me and if so, what are the restrictions on it?

Answered by attorney Robert Jason De Groot (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at R. Jason de Groot, P.A.
A common pocket knife with a blade of no more than 3 inches is not considered a deadly weapon. Since you just got out of prison, you should not be carrying any knife, in my opinion.

Can my girlfriend legally move in with me when she turns 17 and I will almost be 20?

It will depend on what State you are living in. In California, the age of consent is 18 and she will have to wait until her 18th birthday before she can legally live on her own, unless her parents are agreeable to it before then.
