Anytime a detective wants to talk to you, you need an attorney present. Do not talk to him without an attorney.

What is a no knock warrant?

The police obtain a warrant from the judge under the premise that if they were to alert you before entering your home it could pose a physical risk to the officers and/or you would likely destroy evidence before they could get inside.

Will I still need to put the interlock in a different state?

CA court orders generally follow you in every state, as does you DUI record. You would be violating probation if you get caught without it, no matter where you are. That other state could charge you with probation violation in their state. Whether CA would file probation violation charges against you it a different question. They probably wouldn?t, but that is not guaranteed.
