Way too many variable. Depends on the judge, his priors, the DA, the county, and your lawyer. Better hire the best lawyer you can afford.

What can I do if the police searched my house without a search warrant?

Answered by attorney Jason William Savela
Criminal Law lawyer at The Savela Law Firm, P.C.
you need a lawyer or Public Defender - tell the police, I want a lawyer and nothing else if the warrant was not approved until after raid, then entire search is bad - i have won search warrant cases - if the CI was never in the house, it would be tough for anyone to rely on his/her word about what happens there all jail calls are recorded. I would be happy to discuss representation.

How much will it cost to remove a class b misdemeanor off my record?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
Criminal Law lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
No lawyer can guarantee to keep it off your record. Any that does is simply lying to you in order to get you as a client. You will qualify for deferred adjudication if you have a clean record and then if you successfully complete deferred it can be sealed with a Petition for Non-Disclosure. Every lawyer and price are different. Just remember that you get what you pay for, so hire the best lawyer you can afford and fight this.
