How can I find out if there is a warrant out for me?

Contact the sheriff's department in your county. They usually have that information. You might also contact the District Attorney's office in your county. The last place you can try is the court.

Can my ex really press charges?

It may be possible for the State to prosecute these actions.  However, I would require more details, such as ages of the actors, are the pictures still in existence, who saw them or did not see them, etc. before I could accurately determine the answer to your questions.  This forum is a public forum and I would advise you not to admit facts like you have on this forum because your statements could be used against you in a prosecution.  You can talk to a lawyer in private regarding this situation and your statements are confidential.  However, in a public forum such as this, you lose any  privacy rights in your communications.

A "no contact" order is generally a condition of bond. If so, talk to the prosecutor about your desire to lift it.
