Can my PO clear the warrant if I have a probation violation for defaulting payments but I had sent two payments out after?

In some instances the PO can have the warrant cleared. From what you are saying, it sounds like your issue is only financial. If so, ,by bringing the payments current, the PO may be able to get the warrant recalled. If the matter has already been scheduled for a hearing, the judge may still want to see you. Ultimately, it is up to the judge. The amount of time you would be required to serve, if any, is also up to the judge.

No. A court-appointed attorney request does not consider the posted bond unless a large amount was posted.

What can happen if I was not read my Miranda rights when I was arrested?

Criminal Law lawyer at The Law Offices of Leifert & Leifert
The failure of a law enforcement officer to read Miranda warnings may result in the exclusion of statements made by a suspect as evidence in the case. The failure to read Miranda warnings rarely results in the dismissal of charges (unless other substantive evidence is severely lacking).
