If my gun charge was dropped, can I be charged with solicitation to commit murder?

I do not fully understand your question and therefore cannot answer it. Clearly you need an attorney now and should not be speaking with any investigating officers, the police or prosecutors without counsel.

My daughter was sophena

Answered by attorney Diane Buerger
Criminal Law lawyer at The Buerger Law Firm, P.A.
If she was served with a subpoena to appear as a witness, she is required to appear. If she fails to appear after being subpoenaed, she can be in contempt of court.  Plus, the court could order a writ of bodily attachment.  That means, if she fails to appear after being subpoenaed, the court could order law enforcement to find her, arrest her, and hold her until she appears in court and testifies, if called.  There are a few (very few) circumstances that would be sufficient to have the court excuse her from appearing.  However, even then, a motion to quash subpoena would have to be filed and ruled on by the court prior to the day she is subpoenaed to appear.  Only if the court quashed the subpoena ahead of time, would she be excused from appearing.  Again, there are not many reasons that a court could quash the subpoena.

What are the legal consequences for a 16 year old to runaway from home for less than 24 hours?

Not much trouble.Probably a good talking to and leave it at that, if this is the only problem. If drugs are involved, it's a much different case.
