How much time can I get for a dirty weed test on probation?

It really depends on what you are on probation for. If you have a valid medical marijuana card, however, you can potentially defend your violation successfully. I suggest you contact the attorney or public defender who initially represented you.

I really don't know if college applications ask about criminal histories. They might. I think his lawyer is cheap. I would probably charge more for a second offense. Under New York law everyone in a motor vehicle is presumed to have possession of anything in the car.

Based on what you have described, your attorney can probably help you avoid a conviction. You will likely have a period of probation. If you successfully complete the probation, the case would be dismissed.
