What can I do if am being threatened with slander?

Giving false information to a federal agency could be considered a federal offense depending on the agency; however it would be an issue for law enforcement. Slander is a form of defamation which is a civil offense which requires a false statement (known to be false) that is communicated to a third party and which causes damage to the subject of the remarks. The practical part of all this is that from a civil ligation point, you should only sue if the defendant is collectible and you only sue on principle when you have the money to pay for the fight.

Do I have a chance in beating at least one possession and dropping my felony to a misdemeanor?

What you need is an attorney. We only know part of the story, your part. All police reports must be reviewed, and depositions of all witnesses need to be taken. If you cannot afford an attorney, the public defender can be appointed for you. At this stage, you must plead not guilty unless and until an attorney tells you otherwise, based upon a complete review of the facts, the evidence, and negotiation with the assistant state attorney.

My bank is accusing me of laundering money .... I did not know that what I was doing was illegal- will I go to jail?

You need to make an appoitment with a criminal defense attorney in your area.  I would not talk with anyone else but him or her until you meet.  If someone claims theft there will very likely be an oficial investigation by the bank and the police.  Do not talk to them without seeing an attorney.  It will be worth. Never assume that if you just tell them the truth they will not charge you or believe you.   Whatever county you are in look up a board certified criminal defense attorney.  You can use lawyers.com for that or martindale.com
