What can we do if my husband was accused of stealing while on the job?

Criminal Law lawyer at Freeborn Law Offices P.S.
You need to retain an attorney to help you. Even if your husband is innocent (which presumably he is), he should have an attorney for the simple fact that he needs to have his interest protected .

Will you be arrested for minor warrants if you go on a cruise

Answered by attorney Kenneth G. Wincorn
Criminal Law lawyer at Law Offices of Kenneth G. Wincorn & Associates, P.C.
City warrants are generally not honored by other out of state governmental entities, but it is the best practice to make bonds or pay them since they can result in an arrest when you return to Texas. If the minor warrant is for a county case or higher arrest is very possible.

Is there a way to challenge an order amending conditions of probation?

default-avatar
Answered by attorney Lucio Antonio Montes (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at The Montes Law Firm
No, there is no way to challenge. You signed a document that gives the judge the power to do just that. The alternative is that you are revoked and sentenced to time. At times that is the best option, especially if you are not likely to stay clean. The jail sentence is to attempt to make you comply.
