Can I prosecute someone of molesting me as a child even if it was over 10 years ago?

Answered by attorney Nathaniel D Shafer

Yes. Certain crimes can be prosecuted at any time (no statute of limitations). However, without any physical evidence it may be difficult to get a conviction.

Often an OWI conviction with a prior conviction leads to jail time as well as immobilization of the vehicle driven and possibly forfeiture. Call an attorney right away.

Will I do jail time if I have three felony drug charges?

I would think that that would be a very high probability. You are obviously having an extremely difficult time with substance abuse, most probably are addicted and in need of either treatment or, at the least, incarceration where you will hopefully be able to be assisted in breaking the habit.
