Can a bench warrant be dismissed?

There's a form he can file with the court where he warranted or with the CDC, I think the number is 1082, requesting that the warrant and charges be dismissed because he served prison time on another case.

What kind of sentence will my boyfriend get if his charge is damaged property?

He has been charged with a third degree felony, a potential but unlikely 5 years in prison. He needs an assertive criminal defense attorney immediately. What you can do is set up a few conferences with attorneys in your area and hire the one who appears to be the best.

What happens to my brother, 18, who was charged with 3 armed robbery charges?

Do you really expect a full answer on this from what you have written? There cannot be a full answer here based on the limited facts that you have provided. Your brother needs an attorney. Does he already have one? The only answer I can give you is that he is facing very, very serious charges and could spend many years in prison.
