Is 2nd degree burglary for a minor on their permanent record?

Answered by attorney John F Brennan (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Musilli Brennan Associates, PLLC
Juvenile records are not sealed and therefore the issues will appear on his record if he is convicted, he needs an attorney and, hopefully will qualify for a diversion program which will prevent a recorded conviction.

Cannot tell without the details and history. The PO's opinion will have a lot to do with it. Show remorse and compliance. An attorney would be most helpful.

Unfortunately, yes. The fact that you were in jail does NOT allow you to smoke pot in violation of your probation.
