Do I have to list a juvenile arrest on a law school application?

It is better to disclose this in my opinion. I went to law school with a fellow who had spent time in prison. He is now a fine lawyer.

What is the most time you can get if you violate probation and when you had a firearm without the clip?

Answered by attorney Lawrence Thomas Lewis (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Lawrence Lewis, P.C.
The DA will file, because it is a slam dunk. You had a firearm in your possession, while on probation. Jail time on the violation of probation depends on how much time you have left on probation.

If a child is direct filed and got picked up by police for interrogation, can police ask him question without his parent around?

More facts are needed, but yes police can question a minor without the parent knowing about it or being present. If memory serves me correctly they can do that until the minor requests that the parent be present, but that rarely happens.
