Could there be a chance that I could go pay my boyfriend’s ticket about 4 years ago for driving without a license for him?

I am not sure about your question. If he only has a fine which is due anyone can pay that fine. If he has never appeared then there could be an issue. There may be a warrant, he could probably post bail. If he posts bail, it is unlikely that ICE will be notified, but it is possible . If you can you should get an attorney and the attorney could appear for him and probably get his warrant withdrawn, but he may still be required to be booked, have his prints and picture taken. There is no guarantee that he will not be picked up by ICE, but some may even depend on his circumstances and he may qualify to get on the path to citizenship but that has not been passed by Congress or signed by the President.

Can I get my misdemeanor domestic violence charge removed from my record?

Thank you for your inquiry To be eligible to enter military service, you need to be off probation for the offense. Then it is up to the army if they take you with the conviction. Expungement is available after 5 years. However, the military will still know about the offense and you'll need to explain even with an expungement I hope that this was helpful.

What can I do if my daughter's criminal record to showing up on my background check?

It shouldn't reflect on your record, unless she has the same name and it got confused with yours. BUT, it clearly appears she used your name and ID when arrested. There is no quick way to resolve it. You are going to have to spend time and money trying to get the court to correct the records and report the corrections to DOJ and credit reporting agencies.
