How can I expunge a charge of intent to do great bodily harm?

Jared Clayton Austin

Criminal Law lawyer at Austin Legal Services, PLC
As long as there are no other charges on your record and it has been at least five years, you can apply for an expungement. You can either do it yourself or hire an attorney. Google "Michigan Set Aside a Conviction" in order to obtain the packet on how to do it yourself.

What happens on a pending charge of burglary second degree?

Answered by attorney Victor Knapp (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Victor Knapp, Esq.
Technically, you are required to report the arrest to your probation officer even though it might have only been a summons. However, if you were not fingerprinted, there is a good chance that the Dept. of Probation will not be notified from the Criminal Justice Agency (as is automatic when someone is printed). Reckless driving is a crime. You cannot plead guilty to it without risking a violation of probation. You need to negotiate the charge down to a violation.
