When you missed your court date, your license was suspended. When you got your court date rescheduled, no one contacted DDS and informed them that you rescheduled your court date, and your license should be reinstated. No one is responsible for that. What is wrong with picture is: You are missing court dates and having cookouts, but not retaining an attorney to address your open criminal matters. If you do not get a diversion program, your license will be suspended. I do not know how diversion works in your state, but it may give you a chance to keep it off your driving history. Interesting thing is you: (1) have marijuana in the vehicle, which is illegal; and (2) you are only worried about deceiving your father and making sure your insurance does not go up. I suspect that you need to deceive your father, because he thinks that you are screwing up, but you did not choose to include that.
