In general, two misdemeanors or one felony will get you deported. One misdemeanor, if against "moral turpitude" will get you deported. The judge in your criminal case is not an immigration judge. Therefore this judge will not be deporting you. A good result would be a plea to a non-criminal offense. No-Ops, and DWLS are criminal offenses. You should contact an immigration attorney for more complete information.

Can the army arrest a person?

It sounds like a scam to me. Who's army is going to arrest her? U.S. Armed Forces or the Nigerian Army? As a rule, the U.S. army does not arrest people unless you are a member of the armed forces or on a government base. If you have proof of the threats, I suggest that you take the proof to your local police station and make a report.
