Can I get out of the probation earlier and what will happen to me?

Answered by attorney Steven Fairlie
Criminal Law lawyer at Fairlie & Lippy, P.C.
Is your case in PA? I am not familiar with probation for a set term in PA juvenile cases. Usually you get probation and then the department and Judge determine when you get off, as opposed to the adult system of a set time period.

Answered by attorney Eric E Rothstein (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Rothstein Law PLLC
It is possible if the DA agrees to it. You are going to need a good criminal defense lawyer to fight for you though because you came very close to committing a felony and that is something the DA may consider.
