Is it breaking and entering if I live there?

Answered by attorney Stephen Lewis Freeborn (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Freeborn Law Offices P.S.
If you are a resident there, you are not breaking and entering. If your BF is making these kinds of threats, my advice: move out and get a new BF. Sounds to me like he has control issues.

If I am found guilty of touching a girls vagina will I lose all my scholarships?

Answered by attorney Jason William Savela
Criminal Law lawyer at The Savela Law Firm, P.C.
Scholarships may have a character clause that would eliminate you the question is whether the girl consented and whether you knowingly touched her if the police try to talk with you, you should just say I want a lawyer and nothing but I want a lawyer provided the girl was the proper age and no actual force was used, this may just be a misdemeanor, but it is a sex offense that will follow you forever - you need a good lawyer to help you resolve this properly - the sooner you sit down with a good lawyer, the better your chances I would be happy to discuss representing you.

What should someone do if they are being falsely accused of a criminal charge?

Answered by attorney Eric E Rothstein (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Rothstein Law PLLC
If she was under 17, it does not matter if she was willing to have sex with him; she was unable to consent as a matter of law. The person should try to retain an attorney to negotiate the surrender. If the person does not voluntarily go to the police, the police will look for him and when he is arrested, the DA will tell the judge that higher bail should be set because the person refused to surrender.
