Ultimately, for the length of the original sentence. Immediately, it is a criminal charge that requires you be brought to court for arraignment on the probation violation within 3 court days, not counting weekends and holidays. If serious about hiring counsel to help in this, and if this is in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me.

What will happen if I did not pay my fines or go to my court date?

Answered by attorney Elizabeth Zwiebel
Criminal Law lawyer at The Zwiebel Law Firm, LLC
The court will ordinarily issue a "failure to appear" warrant. You will need to hire an attorney to get the warrant recalled before you can appear in court or you will be arrested. If the warrant is recalled then you can just pay the ticket or have an attorney request another hearing.
